3. Clean(er) coal — e.g., removing some mercury — could be done but it makes coal more expensive so no one really does it. Also, Trump would certainly be against cleaning the coal with regulations.

4. So they didn’t vote for him the second time around? If they did, it’s hard to have sympathy.
