That’s fucked up, and what’s even worse is that this will also hurt local wildlife.
That said, I should point out that honey bees are not native. There is even mounting evidence that they may displace our native bees, and they are poor pollinators for our native plants.
That’s not to say this a good thing; pesticides don’t just magically disappear, and a community has been hurt because someone decided to be petty.
