Currently in Estonia and noticed the personalized plates in 2 forms: 1. Choose anything and 2. A more simple form "123ABC"
I was wondering about the fees. I did find an amount of €1350 somewhere. Does this price apply for both forms? Will the plate transfer if you buy a new car in the future? Thank you in advance
