This activist so-called journalist says garcia committed no crime,when you enter the USA illegally you have committed a federal crime not a civil offense. It illegal and criminal under US Code Title 8 section 1325 spells this out clearly, but this so-called journalist and members of the democrat party must have missed this in their legal training. Garcia was found guilty of illegal entry, but under the Biden (useless administration) and Temporary Protected Status (called TPS) while under two deportation orders issued by an immigration courts. This was ignored by the Biden group of activist acting DOJ lawyers. I am surprised that Senator Kennedy to point out to the NBC activist that in Garcia did in fact commit a crime under Federal law. We need to start stopping the journalists mid-sentence when spewing crap that no laws were broken by a person who enters our Country illegally .
All she wants to do is stir up drama. NBC needs to focus on important issues and get off this horse. Grow the hell up and leave President Trump alone, can't you see he is focusing on important issues that actually matter. Good Lord, stop whining

I don't like that the good Senator did not emphasize the fact that Garcia is an illegal immigrant and a citizen of El Salvador where he is now been held as an alleged MS 13 gang member from his tattoos and manner of behaviour. He also had a deportation order. I however agree, that he will never come back to the United states.

If I, as a simple law-abiding British tourist, out-stayed my tourist time allowed in the US, could I expect to 'go before a court' before being booted out? No – I would there illegally. I'd be on the next plane home AND would have to pay for it myself! And rightly so!
