I parked in Berin on 24.03.2025 and paid parking with Easypark. After I came back to the car I raised I forgot to put easy park sign and I got a ticket for that (20e). I wrote that same night an email to Bußgeldstelle([bussgeldstelle@bowi.berlin.de](mailto:bussgeldstelle@bowi.berlin.de)) with attachment of the proof that I payed parking.

On 24.03. I receive a brief from Bundeßstelle that says: …das gegen Sie eingeleitete Ordnungswidrigkeitenverfahren habe ich gemäß Para47 OWiG eingestellt. – does it mean discontinued or created?

and as well a brief Vollstreckungsverfahren from Staatsanwaltschaft Berlin (I have two weeks to pay) where I should pay Geldbuße 55e and Gebühr f.Geldbuße m.Urteil/Beschluss 55e sowie Auslagen Kosten 3.5e

= total 113,5e:

Should I send brief to Staatsanwaltschaft or Bußgeldstelle? What should I write them? What are my options?

As I do not have enough time, any help would be appreciated.

  1. “eingestellt” means that the case was closed. I am not sure if the “Beschluss 55e” stuff is actually about the same case or something different. It sounds a bit weird to me that you would get a letter from the Staatsanwaltschaft for (supposedly) parking without a ticket. But maybe stuff in Berlin works differently.
