  5. You know, the bipartisan border bill in 2023 was intended to not only tighten the border, but also to streamline the judicial system for immigrants waiting in the system. It would have been an absolute win for everyone. We’d have actual LEGISLATION that was funded and binding, rather than random executive orders that change daily.

    Trump convinced his cronies in Congress to squash that BIPARTISAN bill, because it would have been a huge win for Biden, and would have largely addressed the illegal immigration issue that he needed to campaign on.

    So, he can kiss my ass. We had a chance to do this the right way. He chose not to.

  8. And the sad thing is every good lie has some truth to it. Taking a step back from this specific injustice. There are not enough judges or defence lawyers period. Plenty of white citizens spend undue amount of time in jail just because none are available. When someone does get a court appointed lawyer, they only have like 5 minutes to handle most cases. So yes there is an area that needs to be improved on. Ok now stepping back to the specific topic and ya drump is full of it again. They deserve at least the same shitty system that others do….

    Or now hear me out. Immigration isn’t an issue to begin with so stop this nonsense and let direct law enforcement and the judicial system focus on actual crimes

  29. Last week they were all about how a single district court judge should not have the power to make nationwide rulings. They should only rule on the case in front of them. So they got what they wanted. Everyone gets their own trial.
