I never paid attention to religion much even though I come from a religious family and a religious country. The only country with the Bible on its flag. Lately I’ve been seeing people in my age group all starting to become religious and Republican and it’s starting to scare me. I think they are being sucked into the maga Christian Nationalist world and don’t realize it. To them they are just getting closer to Jesus how our grandparents would have wanted, but they are still unaware of how shitty those people actually are.
Now it makes sense.
I am convinced that Republican Christians prefer Bibles with the words of Christ in red because it’s easier to ignore them that way.

Who would Jesus hate? Organized religion is losing membership. People are not buying the convoluted “logic” that Trump is sent by God. They made a bargain with the devil to do their bidding. It all comes at a price.
