3. It is going to get spicy in a few days time…. expect another airstrike across the border and another stand off. This time, IAF will have the Rafales armed with Meteor and Stormshadows which they didn’t have back in 2019.

   There is a limited timeframe for IAF to act because PAF has not yet acquired the J-35 and KAAN they are rumoured to be in process of acquiring. IAF will not get another opportunity like this until India gets its own 5th Gen fighter.

4. Very sad event RIP, but as usual, the Indians start blaming Pakistan with zero proof instead of looking at themselves. Indian brutality and stomping Jammu Kashmiri rights is well documented. The TRF is a domestic Kashmiri group that is manned by local Indian Kashmiris that was formed in response to abrogation of Article 370. The abrogation of Article 370 has resulted in widespread human rights violations and a systematic trampling of civil liberties for Kashmiris. The region has been placed placed under military lockdown, internet and communication lines were cut for months, and thousands were detained without due process. Local voices silenced, press freedom stifled, so this is the background of this and i guess why groups like TRF are formed.

5. The timing of the attack – coinciding with that of the VP’s visit is very telling in that they wanted international attention. This was a dastardly and cowardly attack. To attack innocent tourists after asking their religion and specifically targeting only hindus shows loud and clear that this was a premeditated hate crime. 

   RIP to the dead and may their kin find strength. The Indian government’s response will be watched by millions.
