Smart. They are aware of the need, and that transitioning will benefit them, their stockholders, and their workers.
It not only makes good business sense. They also know that the political pendulum will swing the other way eventually.
They know Trump is a temporary downturn in the timeline of clean energy. Trump and his century old policies will eventually be behind us and the USA will move forward again. The GOP have always worked for big oil tho, we need to get massive corporations out of our campaign funding.
