For context I am from Ireland and due to my work was approached by a German couple to swap military patches. I got caught up in the moment and forgot to ask more of there background so I need help identifying the patch on the left. Thank you in advance 🙏🏻 PS to any Germany military/police tourists in Ireland , we love patch swapping

Ok first one right is German national like customs or immigration
The lion on the left is the coat of arms of the state of Thuringia. The white roofs on the red background look like the Erfurt Cathedral. I guess this patch is from the the state police in Erfurt, the capital of Thuringia.
I have seen the Polizei badge in Bavaria.
The left is of the 4th company of the 3rd Military Police Regiment stationed in Erfurt
The right is of the German Federal Police
The left badge has the coat of arms of Thuringia on the left, the insignia of the German military police (“Feldjäger”) on the bottom. The red/white one on the right is unknown to me.
The right one looks like Bundespolizei, the left one is a town in Thuringia, which I could not identify.
The trifecta is a combination of the Hessian Lion, a sum cuique star (usually military), and the sign of a Hessian city. Not sure which city it is, maybe Limburg?
