LJUBLJANA (Slovenia), April 22 (SeeNews) – Slovenian authorities issued a total of 560 building permits in March, up 29% month-on-month, the national statistics office said.
Last month, 250 permits were issued for residential projects, up 10% compared to February, the statistical office said last week in a statement.
The number of issued permits for non-residential buildings rose 50% month-on-month to 310.
The total floor area of buildings was higher by 6% than in the previous month.
Building permits issued in March envisaged the construction of 382 new dwellings, down 5% from February.
The number of building permits issued in Slovenia fell 2% to 5,834 in 2024.
