Well who would have thought it.
The data doesn't lie and soon we will all see this.

there is a need to go beyond the headlines here, a simple headline can itself be misleading. take the “five why” approach to this.
would be nice if some of the mainstream media actually decided to look into this one in a bit more depth than a superficial soundbite
Who’d have thought that people coming here with 3rd century peasant attitudes to women could result in British women suffering?
The glorious mosaic of diversity
Robert Jenrick could have got this data from the Home Office when he was a minister. Why did he not do it then? Some cite the Home Office did not want to share this with anyone, why? Who is running things, elected politicians or unelected civil servants?
The article isn’t even about sexual offenses specifically, it’s about crime as a whole.
Still, the numbers are not good.
The data either shows it or it doesn’t.
If you use the word ‘appears’ then you’re applying a deliberate bias that isn’t in the data.

No Shit Sherlock.
Eritrea is used by many criminals as an alias country to gain access to the UK. What few actual Eritreans arrive are bolstered by a deliberate inflation of criminals.
Incredible! The great minds of Reddit lied to me again!
“The data”
Lol ok
These statistics are going to change this country, might not be immediately but the political landscape will never be the same, who would’ve thought it’d be labour that did this?
Can someone link the source for the data please, Telegraph keeps demanding I make an account or something.
Or if someone can explain what 20 times more likely means? does that mean that proportionally these two ethnicities are 20 times higher than what would be considered “on par”? Or that when charges are assigned, these two ethnicities are 20 times more likely to be guilty from the stats alone? I wonder why it only highlights afghans and eritreans, when in 2022 they didnt even make the top 10 countries of origin for immigrants? Are we selecting data to make things seem disproportionality good or disproportionality bad this time around?
This feels like the pitbull debate (but it’s horny and not bitey)
