I am glad they have stopped dressing him in those little lord Fauntleroy type outfits. He is now just dressed like an ordinary 7 year old member of the aristocracy/country middle class. It is a look I recognise very well..
It used to be claimed by many commenters he was dressed in that way to preserve his anonymity so he would not be recognised in ordinary clothes. That was always obvious nonsense. He was just wearing what his parents wanted him to wear.
He looks so much older than seven here. Except for the missing two front teeth – which seems pretty typical for seven.
I do not envy the life of scrutiny he is going to face.

Louis is my favorite of the kids! I just love his spirit & hope they let him keep it. I think he’s Kate’s favorite, so I’m hoping that works in his favor.
I love it when they lose both front teeth at the same time! He is looking so big.
