Why would this benefit Ukraine? Are they hoping to negotiate Russia leaving their territory?
A cease-fire for civilian targets? So not agreeing to Trump’s total capitulation plan. Putin will of course refuse because civilian targets are his favorite.
Trump has grown accustomed to Russian occupation after they took over Mara lago.
