  16. He just admitted that China isn’t paying the tariffs. The cost of the item will be higher because of the tariffs. Out of his orange mouth. He finally learned how tariffs work.

  20. It’s all fun and games until a couple of large shipments from China don’t show up and store shelves are empty. Then it will be very obvious to everyone that Trump should have never been put back in that seat (even if you ignore the insurrection, stolen top secret documents, sexual assault, campaign finance violations, Kremlin connections, etc ) Even without the criminal and anti democratic stuff on his resume, he’s fundamentally incompetent (which should have been clear based on his 6 bankruptcies, handling of COVID, etc).

  22. Other countries are not “ Ripping us off” All imports pass through Customs. If in the President’s opinion we haven’t been charging adequate Customs duty that is not the fault of the country the goods are coming from.

  28. I’m not sure what the sequence of these tariff is, and I suspect neither is he. We were at 145, then 245, then except electronics, then 145, then lower but not zero, then 50-60, and now back at 145? Is that right?
