When Rubio and the rest of the negotiating team sounded “offended” by Ukraine rejecting their deal, I though, “many people will die.” The US will probably fall short of supplying weapons to Russia, but they will abandon Ukraine in the most damaging way possible, because Trump is upset. No kompromat, no bribes. Just a bruised ego.
