Seems like NCP and PS know they’re on the way out next cycle so they’re just pushing through with whatever they can. I’m not sure of the details of the cut but my hunch is it will hurt the rural areas the most where social services are already crumbling.
So basically they reduced income tax for low and high income earners the most. For middle class it feels like no matter who you vote (left or right), you’ll always be the last on their priority list.
They’re a bunch of ass-clowns. Apparently we have no money for vital government functions or even benefits that promote good behaviour like the bike benefit, but we have enough money to give the richest people a huge tax break.
