  1. Good food, but imo bad time to appreciate it. The greasiness of pure pork fat is great during colder months, but now with easy access to greens, pasta jajeczna with chives and radish is the peak Polish experience

  2. I was skeptical about it. But it’s really good to help you keep drinking vodka at a wedding.

  3. Am I the only one who can’t get behind it? I want to love it but can’t – the texture and flavor of the solid lard sticking to my mouth throws me off.
