These types of posts are the worst. Just paste a link with a headline. OP you could have done the bare minimum of providing thoughts or a summary at least.
The restructuring applies to janitorial staff. The reason is that social care janitorial tasks will move to city of Helsinki from HUS. So all in all pretty normal stuff.
