  2. The Italian government is trying to stop us from celebrating. Viva il 25 aprile 🇮🇹

  3. Not accurate, its liberation day in Italy from the nazis and their fascist collaborators in 1945, the actual fascist regime fell 2 years before this.

  4. Congratulations! I look forward to when we can celebrate our first one.

  5. Every day should be 25 of April. If so, no one should have the idea to follow fake patriots like Meloni or Lega Nord. The real patriots are anti-fascist.

  6. Congrats 🇵🇹🇮🇹!

    Fuck Fascist and Marxist Dictatorships!

Good riddance to Salazar and Mussolini!

  7. Also Anzac Day for us in Australia and New Zealand, happy 25th

  8. “citizen, workers! All-out strike against the german occupation, against the fascist war, for the salvation of our lands, of our houses, of our workshops. As in Genoa and in Turin, you pose to the germans the dilemma:
    surrender or perish.”

Sandro Pertini reads the proclamation of general insurgency against the nazis and fascists,
    Milano 25/04/1945.

    Viva la resistenza!
    Viva l’antifascismo!

  9. Huh, I remember learning at university that Salazar was a dictator but not a fascist. I guess they were wrong

  10. Good thing the fascists aren’t coming back. Oh wait.
