    First things first, Congress needs to write and pass a Bill.

First he needs to sign a bill banning POTUS and family from trading stocks, digital currency, fake gold cards, 2028 hats, owning any portion of a media co (new or old), entering into new business partnerships with anyone, anywhere, but especially foreign adversaries, “tweeting” about upcoming tariff reversals, etc.

    The bill should be passed, but it should include congress, anyone that works in a congressional office, the President, and anyone that works for the White House.

    But he’d never sign anything that required him to not do anything he might want to do at some point in the theoretical future.
