I have a close friend, native English speaker, living in Estonia for some time now. She has an Estonian ID and everything. She would like to get a gun license. She has fired guns quite a lot of times at shooting ranges so she knows to handle them.
She already completed the Estonian first aid course and would like to do the shooting range course in order t get the gun license. She spoke to a few schools a few months ago including: [https://tlk.ee/en/toode/koolitus-laskekatseks-taispakett/](https://tlk.ee/en/toode/koolitus-laskekatseks-taispakett/)
They had private training courses in English. She intended to take it this spring. Unfortunately the school has now told us that it is SO busy with students that they can only do group lessons in Estonian and, well, her Estonian is not good enough. I imagine sudden popularity for these gun license courses is due to the war in Ukraine. If only she had taken the course a few months ago, it would have been easy to get a spot for a private course in English.
Where can my friend take a gun license course (both practical and theoretical) in English while in Estonia?

Why would she need a gun? Estonia is safe.
If she knows how to handle them, she doesn’t need to take a training course. She will have an “exam” of sorts at a police station.
I guess she could wait for a while for the queues to slow down?
I don’t know what these courses are like, how long they are, etc. but maybe she could use an interpreter?
She should also note that theory exam is done only in estonian, but she can have a translator that she will have to provide herself.
