  1. So not only did they advocate killing members of parliament but they also support Hamas and Hezbollah.

The police better do a bloody quick assessment because these clowns need to be behind bars.

  2. I’m not sure it technically counts unless they post it to facebook.,

  3. > A controversy around the group erupted when a video emerged from a Kneecap concert in Kent in which band member Mo Chara chanted “up Hezbollah” and “up Hamas” while draped in a Hezbollah flag. This has led to calls for the group to be investigated for violating the Terrorism Act 2000

People have been arrested for less under this act. What makes them so different? Is our government piss scared of Irish Republicanism now?

  4. I can see a situation where someone could either through emotional manipulation, or misinformation make a statement supporting Hamas. They’d be legally and morally wrong, but the context for someone getting there isn’t unimaginable in the current climate.

Stating publicly that you support Hezbollah either makes you unimaginably stupid, or it makes you a violent racist. There is no context that saves you.

These guys did both. It wasn’t a one off, they’ve been accused of promoting terrorism before and they are doing so towards large crowds of people. If we apply the law equally and fairly here, they should be prosecuted.

  5. These lads are actually proper* sad fuckers. They’ve consistently made comments and posts in a positive tone towards terrorist organisations.

At best it’s the new form of punks in the 70s and 80s wearing a Swastika as an act of rebellion. At the worst they genuinely think groups like Hamas and Hezbollah are in the right. Both make them look utterly clueless and sad.

  6. Israel needs to be called out, condemned and boycotted, but complete fawning of Hamas and Hezbollah and telling people to kill MP’s?

Nope. That’s just a step too far. That’s just the far left’s version of violence and chaos. The far left going balls deep for a far right terrorist organisation, what a shocker?

Nooooope. Remember Israel and Hamas/Hezbollah are both far right, just with massively clashing religious ideologies that want to eliminate each other until the end of time.

    Free Palestine 👍

    Hamas/Hezbollah still in control? 👎

  7. People who go on and on on here about freedom of expression (usually to have a go at Muslims) seemingly unable to handle performance art.

The Sex Pistols wore swastikas lads.

  8. This is like the third post on this in reddit today. GUYS, THEY ARE *INTENTIONALLY* PISSING PEOPLE OFF TO CAUSE A RUCKUS.

Whether you think that ruckus is to cause change, elevate their brand or both is up to you. But they obviously know it’s kicking the hornets nest and grossly offensive. It’s punk, it’s Rage Against the Machine. That’s the point.

  9. I always found it amusing how close “up x” or “up the X” sounds like saying “up yours, X” or “get it up ye, X”

I mean, if I said “up you” or “up yours” to a bunch of random people on the street, they’d hardly take it as a compliment! Trust me, I’ve tried!

  10. This is soooo bad…./s

Yet around the same time an Israeli band did a concert with videos of the bombings of Palestine were shown in the background while they were preforming but nothing gets said about that!!!
