‘Legal chaos’ as Romanian court rules against annulment of presidential vote

1. I don’t know how appellate jurisdiction works in Romania, but it seems odd for a district appeals court to overturn the decision of the constitutional court.

   It goes on to say “constitutional court decisions are final” but at the same time “the decision is likely to be overturned within days by the high court.”
