GRAND JUNCTION, Colo. (KJCT) -Government offices in Colorado are still on the list for lease terminations by the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), including one in Grand Junction.
As KJCT reported back in March, according to the DOGE website, four offices in Grand Junction were on the list including the Social Security Administration Office. On Monday, employees of the office told KJCT they were not closing.
Only one Grand Junction office remained on the list, the United States Fish and Wildlife Service. 15 other offices in Colorado are also on the list, including the Mine Safety Health Administration in Craig, the Bureau of Reclamation and Corps of Engineers in Durango.
