Well Putin says he wants roubles for the gas or is threatening to turn off supplies by tomorrow , so as you can see, the whole thing is a right shitfest .
I think India is a difficult geopolitical situation here, balancing relationships between Russia, China and Pakistan. Probably a few others as well.
I doubt any rational person would take a blind bit of notice if Truss told them to do anything.
India, or more precisely Modi’s government are free to continue to support their Russian masters if they want. That’s their choice and their choice alone.
We should not tell India what to do.
What we can do is not support the counties that decide to support Russia though.
If she told me my shoelace was untied, I’d assume I was wearing flipflops and that I’d been slipped some kind of powerful hallucination that made me see shoes.
