Ehrlich? fast schon günstig runtergerechnet auf den Quadratmeter! Leider schlecht WG-tauglich mit der Aufteilung, sonst wärs luxuriös genial.

Fun Fact; this thing was already on the market since end of 2019ish, pretty sure it looked the same back then for around 19k per month, wonder if it ever was rented out..
