Three can be a bit shite where your phone won’t register a missed call because it never went though, but three will still text you to say it’s missed.
If their phone couldn’t connect to you as there may have been no signal your end, or call waiting turned off you’d get this text – looks legit that they tried to call you
It’s not likely to be a scam if it’s just telling you to press the call button on one of your existing contacts; even if it was a spoofed message, all that button would do is ring whichever contact they’re spoofing, who would then just be slightly puzzled because they haven’t actually tried to call you recently. If they were telling you to ring some other unknown number or click some link in the message to “call them back” or retrieve a message or something, that would be a bit suspicious, but most likely this one is legit.

Yes. It’s not a real message from Three if that’s what you’re asking. The formatting is off, and Three wouldn’t sign off a real message with “Three Who Called”.
