I am not sure whats the exact source of this sound, but its been going on for three weeks (since I moved in), and I am not really sure whats happening. The thing is the noise isn’t even static, sometimes its low sometimes its higher and sometimes it changes in tune differently and I think it happens more at night than it does in the morning, can someone please help me identify the noise?
