This is a box for storing fish during transport. Thyborøn is a town in north-western Jutland. Just leave it on Hans Island, and we’ll take it from there. Thanks!
There is a telephone number right there. The country code is +45.
it’s most likely from a fishing boat, after all it does say fisk (fish). The phone number on the right doesn’t seem to be in use anymore. but quite the journey the box has been on
It’s from Denmark
Thyborøn is the town name, known for being fishermen. “Fisk” means fish. Below is the phone number 0045 is the country code, and all local numbers are 8 digit numbers here.
You can find many videos on youtube on Thyborøn, but the number 1 search result will always be the song “Tørfisk – VLTJ”. -A song about a local train. Its a quite popular song, and often heard in pubs, when people bang their beer bottles on the tables and sing along (or do the old elbow-fist-elbow rhytm)

That’s mine! It was full of fish when I left it. Please return in same condition. Will pm address and type of fish for return. Tak.
Typical. First you steal our island. Now your steal our fish boxes. When will this madness stop?
The phone number is not listed. Probably an old box.
Give it back!
There’s something fishy about this
This is just trash from some fishing-related business.
Dumped fishing gear is the biggest plastic polluter in the oceans: https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2019/nov/06/dumped-fishing-gear-is-biggest-plastic-polluter-in-ocean-finds-report
Yeah a box from Denmark… you could call the phone number on it if it still works +4597831844 😉
Thieving Canadian bastards, first you try to steal our island and now you go for our fish boxes, shame on you!
Dont open, dead inside!
The phone number starting with 97 could indicate it is from 1989-1999.
Before 89 it would probably have started with 07 (or 0-something) and after 1999 it could be what ever… but 97 could relate to the area code for Thyborøn.
Call the number on the box and then send it to them, payment on delivery.
