Hello everyone, I'm planning to close my UBS account but came across a situation that I don't know if is normal. I wanted to use up my keyclub points before closing account, so I ordered a Migros gift card last week. But it' been 3 weekdays and the order is still labeled as pending, I wonder if this is the normal case? As I've left Switzerland and no longer have a valid address (the gift card is to be sent to a schoolmate of mine), UBS has blocked my payment/transactions access, does this also affect the keyclub store? If I close my account before the gift card is delivered, would they cancel the order and then I simply lose all the keyclub points?

  2. imagine if theres something, thats like a customer service for coporation and certain products, where you can call and they help you with the needed informations.

    Just imagine it… wait. you do that already

  3. Did you order a physical card?

    Why not pick a digital one and have it sent to your email?
