Guys I have a question.
I see these drone attacks on various military vehicles, and I understand that ammo and fuel cooks off and burns.
What I don’t get is when there is a drone hit on the cab of a military truck like here, or other areas where there isn’t obviously fuel or ammo, yet it seems they burst into flame at the slightes provocation.
Aren’t military vehicle seats and other upholtered areas covered in flame retardent fabric?
I mean I get it when an assault-lada (identifiable by the extra handles on the front doors and a high capacity boot) catches fire in the cab from a drone drop.
Consumer vehicles generally have flammable-ish components in the passenger area.
Military vehicles though? Is this expected or are the Russians hosing down their seats in Vodka before going into combat in some macabre ritual?
