No harm done It’s a low speed situation and nobody was close to hitting with plenty of reaction time
He should have waited and not sat on the road but you also should have just let him pass. It’s always safer than trying to prove a point.

BMW driver clearly wrong in this scenario, isn’t paying attention and didn’t plan ahead properly.
This has become so common that I can’t bring myself to let them out anymore, I have to go past them even if it’s awkward. People seem to know what they’re doing is wrong but it’s less hassle for the other drivers to just let them go ahead
I also drive in the countryside a lot and the amount of people who’ve started just pulling onto main roads expecting 60mph traffic to slam on their breaks because they don’t want to wait 5 extra seconds is insane

Fellow in the BMW monster truck is in the wrong. A good driver doesn’t disrupt the flow of traffic, as a general rule of thumb. Plenty of driving regulations align with this principle and it also applies to excessively cautious, slow, or hesitant drivers.

Yeah bmw is in the wrong but u clearly could have let him go instead of speeding up. You’d have been the first to bitch if he had have hit you, again, his fault but common sense would tell me not to speed past someone trying a risky manoeuvre like this. Both wrong here imo.

At first I thought they were talking about the blue car but it couldn’t be a BMW. It was indicating.
If it was obvious they would be blocking off the lane, they should have stayed behind the lines until their was space for them to move into the lane. But typical BMW driver knew what they were doing, everyone would have to yield until they are able to move their car into the lane.
