    Yeah no shit, Trump can’t make the world recognize that illegally occupied territory as Russian. Even Obama would have had a hard time convincing Europe to do so, but Trump has already burned through decades of political capital in weeks.

  19. Vlad was unable to oust Zelensky by himself, decimated his own army, but wants Trump to allow a deal where Ukraine gets rid of Zelensky and replaces the country with a puppet, whilst continuing to screw over Ukraine.

    In a normal timeline a US president would tell Vlad to fuck off back to Soviet-land.

  27. This is starting to look more like a hostage negotiation than a peace deal. What Russia is asking for is 110% capitulation by Ukraine and NATO, or they will continue to destroy the infrastructure and commit genocide against the Ukranian people.

    Give us everything we want, including paying us for crimes we have already committed, or we will vaporize Ukraine.
