Out of 12,467 returned ballots: 14 were spoiled 1 was soiled. Like, there was so much fecal matter in the envelope it gets its own category.

   It’s a sad fact of life that’s hidden to everyone except the people dealing with paperwork submitted by the general public (applications, forms, letters etc) that a small number will be covered in shit and or urine.
