He’d want to hurry up, he’s been at it since 2017.
Is it Aran or Moher?
I was the same. I’ve a fear of heights so I got down and crawled to the edge to look over. Just can’t trust myself because I have that weird subconscious thing with heights where I start leaning towards them like I’m being drawn to my doom.
Piper no!
No. Just no.
Oh as someone afraid of heights I feel this in my soul.
“You gotta hold it for five seconds”
Story of my life 😞
Dun angus on Inish Mor.
One of my favourite places in the world. Old stone age fort on the edge of a high cliff.
Relateable
That was my favorite excursion in Ireland. All the sites on Inis Mor were unreal.
I used to happily go cliff jumping with absolutely no fear as a kid
Then when I was in my mid 20s I went out to the coast one day and that was that, my legs turned to jelly and I’ve been like this guy ever since
Aw brilliant. What a legend facing his fears. I love the Aran Islands. So beautiful.
Meanwhile the cliff slowly begins to crumble
Conquer your fears,
That’s so me!
Well done 👍
The camera woman is freaking me out more to be honest, obviously the camera pov might not necessarily be her pov but looking like she’s sideways shuffling towards the edge, I do not care for that
Fair play to him, I don’t have a fear of heights, but those cliffs give me the heebie-jeebies. Saw basking sharks feeding in the water below them once, so the view can be great. Respect for him overcoming his fear!

I’ve been there, but did not feel the need to do that.
There’s just no other way. I belly crawled to have a peek and there were other people just standing at the edge so casually and I couldn’t cope watching them.
I went to this amazing place and wouldn’t even crawl to the edge. This feeling of imminent death engulfs me whenever I’m looking down from great heights.
Better than I’d do wouldn’t find me anywhere near that cliff edge crawling or not
I’m a roofer and I’m nervous of heights and another bit of info, alot of fishermen can’t swim.
Go figure.
I’m not afraid of heights, but he’s giving me the willies.
I think he’s the sane one, the people walking up and looking over the edge are crazy.
I’ve been on these cliffs but wouldn’t dream of going that close. You just never know what could happen. One loose boulder and you’re gone forever.
The Lasht of Us
He was braver than me! I couldn’t get ten feet near the edge, I am so scared of heights. There is serious wind there as well!!!
Good on him 💪
The wind at Dún Aonghasa was ridiculously strong when I was there, you could get blown off the cliff easily.

Dated a girl once who, after accompanying me on a cliff walk, asked me if I ever feel a compulsion to jump. Avoided walks like this with her after that.
It me
Rational fear. Why bother? You can get nice views by standing well back from the edge.
I don’t have a particular fear of heights, but a healthy fear is a respect for the danger.

Fucking hate heights, can relate.
Keep your hands to the sides!
