True. I saw a set of these at our local second hand shop, and just had to grab it.
And I am convinced that jelly tastes better out of those bowls.
Behold the bowl!
All hail the bowl!
Await the bowl at your marriage ceremony!
“In late March 1991, in his efforts to make the reunion of Germany as official as possible to the people of the former DDR but also the world, Helmut Kohl personally gifted every german who had to endure Soviet rule a ‘Glassalatschüssel’. It was widely regarded as the acceptance into the unified Germany, an official recognition as being a German person and it even preceded by the official distribution of passports since this was regarded more important to the German identity” — Wikipedia probably
So this is more valuable than Friedrich Merz?
Fliesentisch more reliable
That is also very common in Canada 🇨🇦

What’s this specific bowls? I’m Russian and I liked them
Hab 10stk 🫡
When I was a teen I was watching movies with friends in our living room and we were eating ice cream out of these.
As teens are teens, we were fooling around and a friend of mine made something like a high speed karate-chop but unfortunately hit the bowl like a hockey puck and it went flying towards the cupboard. It missed the glass door by a few cm and… left a dent in the solid wood door but stayed intact. We sat there in complete silence for 5 seconds.
I still cannot believe how that happened and how bad it would have went if flew through the glass door.
Fun fact: It’s actually a French company
Nope. The only thing that holds Germans together is Pattex.
I have literally no idea why everyone has that thing.
Why do i have one of those?
I dont even ever make so much salad it would be used?!
