Kyrgyzstan increases import of petroleum coke and bitumen by 3.4 times in January-February

AKIPRESS.COM – Kyrgyzstan increased the import of petroleum coke and bitumen by 3.4 times (in annual terms) in January-February 2025, the National Statistics Committee reported.
Kyrgyzstan imported 17,000 tons of petroleum coke and bitumen for $6 million.
Compared to 2024, this figure is 3.4 times more. 4,900 tons worth $1.2 million were imported last year.
The country imported petroleum coke and bitumen from Kazakhstan ($5,420,000), Russia ($576,000) and Uzbekistan ($31,000).
