To top it off tells Feds she didn’t want to finish interview and not comfortable. Hmmmm since when are you not comfortable talking to cops? You called proctor, lank, Gould and all the rest of LE without any hesitation for past 3 years and had secret meetings and so on. But now Feds wanna talk and they aren’t within your circle of LE friends to help so now we don’t talk? 😂 ok Jen. You can apply all the spray tan, cross necklace, sweet demeanor you want. Beauty starts from within. And without integrity you have nothing. So nice try

8. Its so obvious shes not only matching Kerrys testimony but its so obvious she n Spanky are trying to clean up loose ends where they fucked up n didnt cover in the 1st trial. Like she was seen looking sneaky n escaping into the hose to get the stories straight with The family, so how convenient THIS TIME, the officer asked her to go in. Only touching up how n why she created a timeline, explain why she was talking to police, after the incident at 34 Fairview etc

9. It’s shocking to see how many people think Karen is being framed! It sounds ridiculous! I didn’t get into the first trial. This case just didn’t interest me so I have no pre judgment or bias. From my perspective she is is guilty. I don’t think she meant to hurt or ki!! Him but I think she 100% knows she did! Now she is just trying to get out of being held responsible! She was dog drunk and trying to blame any and everything! Was it the dog or the cops. Give me a break. Broken taillight he is found where she dropped him off at. I think they got into it she let him out and went to peel off and hit him. She was so drunk she didn’t care or realize what she did until she sobered up a bit. Then it started coming back

12. I really don`t like the judge but especially Jackson sounds so angry all the time. His ”Correct” to close questions with I think hurts him more than helps. I bet he think they create a clear closed question trying to control the answer but they only make him come off as overagressive

20. A bent judge. The Law and Justice mean nothing to her. And Jennifer McCabe looking panic-stricken at the prosecutor and getting an 'objection', every time she can't remember what she's supposed to say! How is this allowed?!

22. The defense she file a motion for mistrial based on the blatant and obvious bias of the judge… the defense did file a motion to have her removed from this trial but that motion was denied so it would be fair to assume that her bias is in retaliation of that motion!

31. To be honest, If I had a police officer in my family, and federal agents just showed up at my door, I would call my LE relative to ask them if they knew what was going on, too. Who wouldn't?

33. Jen said she wanted to get the quickest response when she called 911, if that was the case she could of said officer down, that would of been the quickest way to get them there. Fact of the matter is she knew he was already dead so no sense of urgency.

34. @40:27 ~ She lied right here. Her being disingenuous at best. She says she thinks she misspelled stuff but she doesn’t know what came up. It’s been years later and all the information is out there, and I can virtually guarantee you the prosecutor even went over paperwork and all the records with her to prepare for this trial, not to mention preparing for the first trial. She knows what came up. So that’s dishonest.

    That said, I don’t believe it’s a big Inspirasie. I believe Karen hit John by mistake. I think the defense experts like Dr. Wolf and the other one are great and we’re completely objective/unbiased, but I just think they made a mistake somehow. Even experts can get stuff wrong.

    But anyway, that’s not what my comment is about. My comment is about the witness being disingenuous at best, but more likely being dishonest if not outright lying. We really need to figure out how to fix stuff like this in the court process to stop people from being dishonest. I don’t know, should we question all the witnesses come like a deposition way before hand and then once the trial comes they just put up a TV with all the previous statements that are more fresh so people don’t have to come to court years later and try to remember stuff so basically they have to look through documents and they’re remembering it based on the documents instead of based on their memory actually is close to the time. Of course there is a hell of a lot of limitations to what I just mentioned. My guess is in the past trials or pretty quick after the arrest, it was never intended to wait two years or more until trial and then count on witnesses and their memory. Though today with all the expert witnesses and looking for videotape and everything else, some trials have to be that long. But a lot of it is just a court system is backed up. But if you get the court system caught up one single time, then I can stay more or less caught up four cases that don’t need all kinds of experts in everything.

Jennifer McCabe only selectively remembers made up "throw enough mud" nonsense & it will sitick, when it comes to wanting to throw 'shade' at KR, & Jennifer McCabe think's she's helping the prosecution. Funny how today ended when Jennifer McCabe said = quote "yes bc she said that too" end quote. This woman is a loose canon. KR is NOT GUILTY NOT GUILTY NOT GUILTY
