1. This thing has been going in Sweden for a while. As I understand it, major reason for it is a lack of prosecution for underage teens.

   If it becomes such a problem, why Sweden just doesn’t lower prosecution age? It’s seems like an obvious solution, sure it will ruin a couple of tens lives, but if they think gang murder is fun, they had it coming. Looks like people concentrate too much on immigrant angle, when there is another.
