Key Responsibilities:
Develop innovative personal care formulations showcasing sustainable biopolymers and actives
Design and execute laboratory tests to validate ingredient performance and stability
Work closely across teams to identify market opportunities and launch new products
Build and maintain strategic customer relationships through technical presentations and support
Troubleshoot formulation challenges and provide expert solutions for client applications
Represent the company at industry conferences, tradeshows and technical meetings
Manage multiple projects while maintaining timelines and laboratory protocols
Candidate Requirements:
BSc/MSc in chemical, materials or engineering discipline plus significant industry experience
Strong knowledge of formulation chemistry and polymer science. Synthetic polymer experience is an advantage.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
