My area staying the same. 500k for a 1 bedroom apartment, cool cool, nothing to see here, perfectly representative price for Spain lol.
Moved 15km inland, can see the sea as its 300m up. €180k for a 250sqm house and 1200sqm plot. Nice. Plus, I can actually park in my local town, unlike the coast.
