2. Turn this around. An American enters another country without having applied to do so according to that countries laws. The American would be arrested and deported.

3. as of today, May 1, 2025, Comcast is still under investigation by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
   The investigation was initiated in February 2025 by FCC Chairman Brendan Carr. The focus of the investigation is to ensure that Comcast and its subsidiary NBCUniversal are not promoting "invidious forms of discrimination" through their diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, in violation of FCC regulations and civil rights laws.
   Chairman Carr stated that there is "substantial evidence" that Comcast is still engaged in the promotion of DEI and that because Comcast operates in various sectors regulated by the FCC (including cable, internet, and broadcasting), this investigation will aid the FCC's broader efforts to root out such discrimination across all regulated sectors.
