   This reminds me of the time when UK/USA bought bomb detection wands to be used in Iraq that were later found to be fakes.

9. Small reminder that a large portion of Russia’s heavy vehicle losses in the 2022 invasion came from faulty Chinese wheels combined with Russian maintenance.
