This reminds me of my friend who says Belgium is too small to have an impact on climate change. It should be China and the USA who should take action.
When I tell him that if Belgium and other countries don’t take any action. China and USA will just say “Why should we take action of nobody else will?”. He gets pissed of and says that we will waste a lot of money if others might never comply.
