Did a bike tour last year over a weekend up Valle Maggia and Valle Verzasca. Absolutely stunning area.

when did you take the picture? are you from there? I heard they don’t let people in the valley anymore unless you live there, due to coronavirus
I definitely need to explore Ticino (and Grisons) when I have some time.
Beautiful angle. This place is magical.
We were there last Jan, slipped on the icy bank and fell in the river with my wife. The water was really cold and fast, it dragged us about 20m. Fortunately we climbed out quickly, but all our clothes were wet. Then we got on the bus, I was without a shirt, and the bus driver said sternly “This is not a beach”.
