So I go to this climbing gym, which constantly increase their prices and remove students from discounts. Now, a single entrance costs 26CHF, which is absolutely insane.
I was wondering if Swiss industries have to report their costs/benefits each year, and if that information is publicly available, as to have an idea if their prices are justified or if they just love money.
If anyone has access to that kind of information or has time to make researchs, the company is ‘[Grimper.ch](https://Grimper.ch) SA’. I could find them in the Swiss register but the information is missing apparently ([https://www.uid.admin.ch/Detail.aspx?uid\_id=CHE-115.604.199](https://www.uid.admin.ch/Detail.aspx?uid_id=CHE-115.604.199))
Thank you all

Publicly? No
I dont understand this post at all. Its a free market they can charge whatever they want. Moreover it is not something that ones life depends on, like medicine or rent so there is no reason to regulate it.
Doesn’t seem that bad considering a single yoga class costs 30 – 35 CHF
Paying for fitness is ridiculously expensive in this country, which is why I gave up all my fitness related hobbies (tennis, yoga) and workout at home and run / ride my bike outdoors.
In a market economy, prices don’t have to be justified. They can be as high as the customers are willing to pay. Companies go bankrupt if their prices are too high or too low. As easy as that. If you don’t like the price the go somewhere else.
Seules les entreprises listées publiquement à la bourse doivent fournir leurs revenus de manière transparente.
Sinon il y a d’autres salles de grimpe si tu trouves celle-là trop cher.
Im guessing you go to Echandens or Villeneuve? The gyms that primarily are for bouldering are usually cheaper.
Depending on how often you go I would look into getting an abonnement. If you go like once a week you already save money, and it‘s still cheaper than most fitness studios.
Edit: also, it‘s easy to get mad at them for removing the discount, but I guess they lost a lot of money from the pandemic. Especially since they started building new gyms just before covid.
By default, they don’t have to publish the accounts. They have to provide the accounting information to their shareholders only.
There are two cases where they have to publish them:
* they have outstanding debentures (very unlikely in your case)
* they are publicly traded (unlikey in your case)
It is also very unlikely that you will qualify for legitimate interest in their accounts.

26 bucks xD
You had a cheap climbing gym before. Look up Gaswerk prices if you want to know what expensive means.
