  1. Good sign, spare parts and maintenance are huge.

    Sends the right signal to Putin as well,.when he is facing shortages of aircraft parts, both militarily and civilian.

  2. Yes, if you want Russia to stop, you have to arm and train the hell out of Ukraine. Mine the front lines extensively and make it ludicrously expensive to gain as much as 500m. Have Patriot batteries at the Ukrainian cities have long-range munitions blowing the hell out of Russians well behind the lines. Fkng break them.
    On the back end, confiscate the oil tanker fleets they use to take their oil and make the tariff deal with China contingent on their stopping Russian assistance.

    America says we want peace and a stop to the killings then supplies more weaponry and training

    NATO won’t move 1 inch east, NATO moves 17 countries east.

    We propose a minerals deal to assist Ukraine (hint: there probably are none of note in Western Ukraine) We’ll own west Ukraine and strip their resources whilst screwing them with ‘infrastructure’ build and at the same time screwing over the Europeans

  15. The upgrade might be the only” thing new. The rest is “only” what was already done during the Biden administration to my understanding.
    And even when it comes to upgrades, the F-16s were already partly upgraded before shipment.
    The question now is whether this is about the same upgrades to the ones not delivered so far or whether it’s about upgrades going farther like better radars.

  16. So arming Ukraine is ok if Trump does it? Weird, it seemed like so many people during the election voted for him because he was a peace president. Threatening Canada, Greenland, and Panama. Threatening Mexico with military for the “cartels” and now furthering assistance to Ukraine.

    *Checks notes* uh no that appears to be the opposite of a peacetime president. Some might construe he was full of shit.

    * I am not anti Ukraine, just remember hearing people bitch about how Biden and Kamala were war mongers.
