I visited Terracina and saw the blue CS Roman helmet graffiti in a few places, anyone able to tell me what it means?

  1. That is a Greek helmet, not a Roman one.

No idea what it means, but it gives me the vibes of an ultras group

  2. Yeah it’s probably something soccer related, we are talking about an Italian tobacco store, Which is not a full fledged cultural corner ahaha

  3. Let me start by saying I’m italian but not from Rome, I’m not 100% sure of what I’m about to say but I’ll say it anyway because I want you to have a first idea of what it might be.

I think it could be a “Curva Sud” symbol. In Italy football is a very popular sport and when you go to the stadium there are various sectors where fans of a team gather. Curva sud (“South Curve”) Is one of them, it’s the south part of the “oval” form we might approximate the stadium to. There are various “Curva Sud’ all around Italy, that might be the A.S. Roma one (photo of a sticker I found online about this hypothesis)

  4. I think it could be an ultras symbol but not Curva Sud, the helmet looks greek and not roman

  5. Alas, I can confirm it is nothing really important…soccer related as others said.
