Of course they aren’t, because doing so is completely unworkable and opens them up to discrimination and privacy claims. The best an organisation can do to comply with the law is to state only “biological” women should use the women’s facilities and then not enforce it.
The only way to determine biological sex under the new supreme court definition is to check birth certificates as “biological sex” was defined as the “sex assigned at birth”.
Wait for the farage to get to number 10. Then their will be nazis outside everyone, dragging us off to interment camps.
Good, they shouldn’t have to. Just let people piss and shit in peace.

This isn’t really rocket science, remove urinals, cubicles only and make them unisex. Then no need to divide by gender!
I would say the new ruling makes it impossible to reasonably guess as to who may be a man or a woman according to the definition given. I know trans people exist, so seeing someone’s face and general outline definitely isn’t enough to know if they are complying with the law, and i sure wouldn’t accidentally want to accuse a woman of not being one. If I’m wrong, I am harassing someone. Therefore, I’ll keep doing what I did before and mind my own business.
The point was never to police it, the goal is to push trans people out of public life because using the spaces they’ve always used now carries the risk of public humiliation and potential legal risk. Plus the bonus of being given free reign to harass people who don’t look traditionally masc or fem in the name of upholding the law

We really do spend a lot of time focusing on a group of people who make up less than 0.5% of the population (and those statistics include Non-Binary)
We also ignore TransMen (deep rooted misogyny perhaps?) whenever we discuss this. I know so incredibly “”passing”” transwomen who went years without people knowing they’re trans, I’m sure the transphobes would rather she be in their bathroom than a trans man these days.
No business can enforce bathroom monitoring, literally nothing would stop a man walking into a ladies right now and taking a piss.
It’s a senseless othering a group in society who are already quiet “othered” by nature. Just let people live life, wasn’t harming anyone. Who cares how another human being wants to present themselves and dress and look etc.
“Gender Critical” groups with their endless funding from the American far right will go around suing any organization that is trans friendly. They will harass openly trans people by suing their work places. They will also stalk and out trans people who are not out and sue their employers. All well crying about how they are being discriminated against. Employers will be less likely to hire trans or gender non conforming people to avoid the hassle. The point is to give people free licenses to harass trans people and gender non conforming people. And to make life more difficult for trans people to discourage people from coming out or transitioning.
Because it’s impossible to do so without being incredibly invasive of privacy.
Imagine you grab someone you suspect of being trans, and it turns out they’re not.
Why would anyone want to do that? It’s complete madness!
Stop right there! Vulva police!
Honestly why anyone thought this was workable is beyond me, you cannot police this.
Because if they do they’re going to be stopping women who don’t look feminine enough, and then getting sued.
Anyone who is willing to police this should be in prison because they enjoy non-consensually sexually humiliating others.
Maybe Starmer can clone himself and have his Starmtroopers stationed at all toilets and have him inspect the genitals of everyone that wants to use them. Add genital inspector general to his list of titles.
Good. The pushback on the SC decision has to start with ordinary people and organisations just saying “no” when asked to comply. It highlights how ridiculous this knee-jerk reaction of banning trans people from everything really is.
